We are hiring a receptionist/administration super hero.

Job Description:

We seek an exceptional full-time Reception/Administration Super hero to join our accounting team of professionals. If you have a passion for people, possess exceptional organizational skills, excel in time management, and thrive in problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, optimizing time management for the team.

  • Act as a central point of contact, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations, scanning and filing and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Exceptional time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with people.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

  • Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., MS Office Suite), experience in Xero, XPM ATO Mate and the like.

  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
